The Face Behind The Name
I am a qualified and insured Integrative Counsellor, under the membership body BACP. My experience of working within mental health services includes previous employment as a Wellbeing Practitioner with Mind, and Crisis Support worker with Basingstoke Safe Haven. While training, my counselling placement was with Mindspace Foundation and I have continued to volunteer my time there post qualification.
My service offers a compassionate, empathic and warm space for those who are navigating their way through turbulent times and need support with their mental health - whether it’s short or long term.
My own experiences with fluctuating mental health inspired me to train in counselling, as I remember all too well how lonely, isolating and painful mental health conditions can be. However, I also remember how powerful it can be to find one person to sit in the darkness with you, while you find your torch and see a clearer path ahead. If this resonates with you and you feel we could work together, please get in touch. You don’t have to struggle on your own.
